Tech Mahindra Interview Experience
The following interview experience is based on candidate-reported accounts from recent Tech Mahindra recruitment drives conducted for freshers across campus and off-campus channels. The selection process typically spans five rounds, conducted in an online or hybrid mode. The process is elimination-based at most stages, and candidates must clear each round to proceed to the next.
The overall difficulty ranges from easy to moderate across assessment stages, with the technical interview being the most critical elimination round. Candidates from B.E./B.Tech and MCA backgrounds are assessed across aptitude, technical, and communication parameters before being shortlisted for interviews.
